Dear Mark and all interested parties,

I am in the Los Angeles area and there is no Haitian market to my knowledge
where you can buy pikliz. But I think the restaurant in Inglewood, Chez Nous
will sell you a jar of it if you ask them. Fruits and vegetables that you
would find in Haiti may be bought in Caribbean markets.....Cuban, Jamaican
and so forth. Now for the jewel in the crown........Five Star
Barbancourt......it is my pleasure to tell you that you can buy this fine
rhum at Bristol Farms at a very decent price. I also bought a bottle of good
but not great Pastis from Marseille there, and it cost more than the 5 Star
did. Hope this was helpful.
