I believe there are now TWO books--the first is Where There is no Doctor.
The 
second one is specifically dealing with women's illnesses and I think
that's 
the one you are referring to. As I haven't seen it in print yet, I don't
know 
its name, but I had spoken with people who were working on it in 1996, so
I 
know there was a second one in the works to follow "Where there is no
