This summer I tried Socabank and Sogebank in Jacmel and Port-au-Prince.
You can withdraw cash in gourdes or US as you please. I don't recall
paying a fee. Bring your passport. Promobank on Jean Paul II may even
have a cash withdrawal machine installed by now.
