Concerning my recent post about Frantz Lamonthe, what I should have written
was that I heard from several mutual friends that he left Haiti under those
circumstances. I had not been and contact with him for quite sometime and in
my haste I omitted the appropriate qualifier. I was in error and have since
discussed it with him and my apology was accepted. The rest of the content
was factually correct as written. Much ado about nothing save that Frantz is
an extraordinary artist and I would suggest you check out a few examples of
his artwork at www.multimania.com/flamonthe/.
