Does anyone know a phone number for the Hertz car rental by the airport
Okap more current than 262 0369, which they don't answer for a week or more
(maybe because the phones are not working, of course).  Or maybe there is
some other way to get in touch with them these days-- email, fax, carrier
pigeon?

Any information appreciated.
