That's all fine and dandy but you still did not answer the question. Do you
have any information regarding international and/or USAID funding for the
Association of Haitian Journalists? Has anyone bothered to ask or is that
question off-limits as it tends to stray from the broad brush stroke used to
portray the constitutional government as murdering, corrupt,
anti-democratic, drug pushers, pimps and thieves.

It also seems to me that 1994 is closer to mid-90's that "early 90's."
