12066: Jacky Nau and Ronald Cadavre

To help dispel some of the confusion generated by Kevin Pina's rendition
of Ronald Cadavre's encounter with Jacky Nau in October 2000, I have the
transcription of the last paragraph from a Radio Galaxie report on  the
incident.
These are Radio Galaxie highlights from the 6 p.m. broadcast of October 3,
2000.

"The police chief of Delmas, Jean-Jacques Nau, was almost lynched
yesterday
during the FL mobilization [on the road to Delmas] when he tried to disarm
Ronald Cadavre, a supporter of Aristide. According to reports, Cadavre's
friends attempted to necklace Nau, and members of the crowd broke his car
windows. No arrests were made and Haitian National Police (PNH) leaders
have
not issued a statement."
