Two close Haitian friends of mine are moving back to Haiti to work in health
education and micro-credit lending and we are looking for the best way to
obtain a vehicle for travel in the rural areas for them and their six
children.  Prices for transport of a vehicle purchased in the US are very
high and getting it through customs seems to be a nightmare.  Does anyone
know where one might purchase a quality and sturdy used vehicle in Haiti or
maybe the best way of getting a vehicle down to Haiti if purchased in the
US?
