and speaking of new books on Haiti...I just read the
most interesting book by a Haitian woman named Guitele
Rahill who currently lives in Florida.  It is called
VIOLATED.

It is a quick read, about some of the darker sides of
Haitian life for the women and girls there...kind of a
universal theme, something many people can identify
with.  I bought mine at www.1stbooks.com where it was
the most economical.

I'd recommend this book to everyone, male and female
alike.  Who else has read it??  I hope many of you~!
