in Haiti" which can be accessed on line via

http://www.theconnection.org/shows/2002/08/20020812_a_main.asp

With the appropriate software (for example _RealAudio_), you can play
the audio recording by clicking on the button labeled "Listen to the
Show" toward the bottom of the web page.

Participants in the show include (in alphabetical order): Mildred
Aristide, Nancy Dorsainvil, Alex Dupuy and Paul Farmer.

Here's the blurb:

Haiti in ruins: Democracy isn't doing much for the poor of this island
nation, and the US isn't doing much either. Aid funds are being
withheld. We talk with guests, including the first lady of
   Haiti---Mildred Aristide.

The show is dated Monday Aug. 12th 2002 but should remain available
for the next few days.
