NO, it does NOT.  And the term is B-i-z-a-n-g-o.  Not "Bizongo".  The Bizango is the religious ceremony conducted by a Sanpwel society, which is a secular group enforcing social norms, NOT a religion.  The members of the Sanpwel are not cannibals.
