I read in the Associated Press today that the Organization of American
States urged the resumption of blocked aid to Haiti on Wednesday,saying
member countries are concerned about a possible"humanitarian disaster" in
the hemisphere's poorest nation.

This"humanitarian disaster" has been greatly caused by the irresponsability
of OAS and by their lack of courage to tell the truth about what has  really
happened   in Haiti the last 10 years. In 1991, OAS voted a commercial
embargo to restore the democratic order.This embargo was voted after a
mutiny from the haitian army against  Aristide .OAS hypocritically declared
it was a coup d'etat against a democratically elected president.OAS never
made an investigation of what happened in Haiti.OAS never took the time to
make an assessment of the situation.Yes ,OAS  is  also responsible for the
bankrupcy  and the destruction of our economy.
 Aristide at that time was already involved in drug trafficking and using
political violence against the haitian civil society at large trying to
impose by force his tyrannical regime. Lavalas state sponsored terrorism :
death threats , psychological intimidation, fiscal harassment against the
business community, violations of the right of private property, violations
of human rights, murders of opponents all around Haiti ,were also used every
day also against the haitian army, and our political  institutions like the
parliament ,the political parties  and against any haitian that did not
worked with the Lavalas regime.During that time our economy and ecology were
destroyed. In 1994, Aristide was returned to power by foreign troops after 3
years in exile.He returned as a man frustrated ,embittered and more insane
than ever.After six months , those troops disappeared and let Aristide
runned Haiti like a don mafia. Hundred of millions of dollars were given to
the Aristide government by the international community. All this money has
been wasted since : "Gone with the wind ". No results.  Then five years of
irresponsability ,incompetence and political violence with Preval.There is
not even one serious project financed by the international community that
you can show to the the world as a success.All this money was embezzled by
the lavalas government as well as many corrupted foreign officials  involved
in international organizations.

In 1995 and twice in 2000, Preval and Aristide organized fraudulent
elections.54 members of political parties from the opposition were arrested
and killed before and after the elections  on the order of Aristide and
Preval .Properties were burned  down,the press ,political parties
,organisations from the business community and the civil society  were
attacked by the Lavalas government.The president of the Electoral Council,
Leon Manus , had to leave Haiti in exile, fearing for his life after
refusing to sign the false results of the elections.Leon Manus was
threatened to death by Aristide.The president of Haiti Chamber of Commerce
had to leave Haiti in exile after false accusations made against him and
after receiving death threats from Aristide and Preval personally for
gathering the haitian civil society to protest nationally against the
Lavalas political violence and the manipulation of the elections .Jean
Dominique was killed on the order of Jean Bertrand Aristide. Many
journalists, judges, businessmen and businesswomen as well as many other
haitians citizens  who comitted themselves toward a better and prosperous
Haiti  had to leave t in exile for speaking out  the truth about the human
rights violations and gross incompetence and intolerance of the  Lavalas
regime .We never heard any strong condemnation of the Lavalas  violations of
human rights from OAS.OAS never took an action to stop all those crimes and
never took any sanctions against the Lavalas government.OAS does not have
even  the guts to implement its own resolutions(806).

So what can you expect from OAS , today? The answer is just  nothing .Haiti
is living under constant  fear .Spies of the Lavalas regime are all over
denouncing and harassing all haitians who are not "cooperating" with the
dictatorship.The National Police is arresting, torturing and killing
innocent haitians. Gangs are fighting like in Somalia . Twenty people died
last week in Cite Soleil from Lavalas gang's war.Not a word from
OAS.Anarchy,corruption,death  are all over in Haiti.Not a word from OAS.And
these gentlemen are going to resume international aid to a narco
dictatorship.Very well !
OAS's complicity with the Lavalas  Mafia  today is blatant .It is immoral to
force 8 million haitians to accept a tyrannical regime involved in drug
trafficking , daily violations of our civil liberties ,  human rights
violations like no freedom of speech  and killings all over the country.This
is unacceptable and is a good  proof that this world is runned by  leaders
that give more importance to their personal interests rather than take
their responsabilities by telling  the truth. It is quite shocking today to
see the world being governed by immorality and greed.

Well ,gentlemen, this time,GOD is watching you and you will have to answer
to GOD directly for all these crimes.

In eight years , the silent majority of the haitian population have
witnessed your bad-faith and your hypocrisy .We have suffered from your
arrogance and complicity with a narco dictatorsip and totalitarian regime.We
will not forget  diplomats like Cesar Gaviria and Luigi Enaudi that are
ruthless opportunists .They are today as guilty as Aristide.
As of today,Gaviria and Enaudi will be directly responsible for the death of
any haitian citizen killed by the totalitarian regime of Jean Bertrand
Aristide.
It is time to point our fingers  at them and hold them responsible of any
human rights violations in Haiti.After all those gentlemen are  working for
an organization that is supposedly in charge of protecting human rights
around Latin America and the Caribbean.
OAS has never done anything in Haiti  to protect our civil liberties and
human rights in the last 10 years.OAS never worked honestly to the promotion
of Democracy in  Haiti.All  haitians that had  the dream  to live in a real
democracy turned toward economic development , social and political
stability are victims today of  OAS incompetence and  cowardliness.OAS has
killed our  hopes to live in peace and work for a better Haiti and  the
future of our children.OAS killed our dream.
It is time today for we , haitians , to take our  future in own hands and
forget about Aristide and his cannibal thugs, forget about the Convergence
which is also a total failure and a shame, and especially forget about the
international community(OAS) that does not care about Haiti.All they care
of, is to come to Haiti to make money, have a good time and fool around .Go
to the beach, play tennis, play golf ,and flirt with our women.After" work"
they go to restaurants,bars and discotheques and they drink to our ruin.
I hope that haitians all over the world will not be as naive and gullible
to think that OAS is going to strenghten Democracy in Haiti.They never did
and never will.
