this type of information source has been requested more than once on this
list.  Haitian Lesley Voltaire made significant contributions to the
information held at Cornell as a part of his thesis. This I heard from Prof.
Reps less than a week ago. There are references for maps of Port-au-Prince,
and Reps thinks also for Cap Francoise/Cap Haitien.  This source is not
limited to Haitian documents, but it may be one of the better sources for
these materials, hence the posting to this list.
