If you read my posting carefully, I spoke about the people in the banks and
offices especially the public offices like immigration etc.  I always have a
great time interacting with the marchands and they're not rude at all. They
have a great sense of humour and you can have a wonderful time teasing and
talking to them.  It seems the ones who have landed themselves a good stable
job are the ones who don't like serving the public.
