I have a question from a student doing research on Haiti's recent political
history. She would like to find documentation or evidence of a Flag Day
ceremony, held at the State University of Haiti for students and faculty, on
May 16, 2001.  She was told that this celebration turned into a fairly
violent political rally with people speaking out against the Haitian
government.
