13492: jhudicourtb:women for 2004 (fwd)

From: JHUDICOURTB@aol.com

Cruises and grand celebrations are wonderful but we need to remember that
2005 will be a major election year. Since the Haitian males will have
proven for 200 years that they are incapable of running the nation properly,
they should voluntarily get out of the way and let the women take care of
things. It's time for the guys to stop demagoguing and let the women work.
2004 should be the year of the female take-over. So in 2004 men should feel
free to party, play soccer, play dominoes, negotiate a crisis, discuss
strategies to deal with insecurity. The women should spend the year planning
for the next 200 years of Haitian history. I suggest the following subjects:
full computerization of public administration, free quality education from
pre-school to grade 10, youth employment and employment readiness,
development of secondary cities, environmental strategies... other
suggestions?
