On seeing Larry Kent's note about Selden Rodman's passing last saturday, I
looked for the obituary online.  Nothing in the New York Times  as of
yesterday
- strange, for such a seminal figure in 20th century arts, and such an
important force in Haitian art - but I found this quite informative one on
