Each Commune, like Les Cayes, is divided into numbered 'Sections Rurals',
and each Section is divided into several 'Habitations.' Laurent may be the
Section Rural, and Foco (Focault?) might be a 'habitation' of Laurent.

This may help you. If you go to Haiti or are there, go to the Bureau de
Geodesie (sp?) on Boulevard Harry Truman if it still exists.
