I have greatly enjoyed the back and forth between Simidor and everyone else
on the issue of presidency again, and the constitutionality dilemma at this
point, as it is being questioned by an increasingly sucessful opposition.

In any case, for those of you who are or would be interested, there is a new
text on the IRSP website about these very issues that I would like to invite
you to read. I tried to grasp some of the reasons behind the now serious
problems, and I have even written this time on the main character in the
plot who seem to fascinate so many on the list, for better or worse,
