Hi everyone,

Can anyone help me find the book/speech/letter in which President Francois
Duvalier gave the pathological diagnosis of the Haitian politics as
'presidentitis'.
Presidentitis is defined as the obsession with the office of presidency.

Also the article/speech in which he said "I am the haitian flag. He who is
my enemy is the enemy of the fatherland".

I'm researching the political culture of Haiti.
