Thanks Greg for asking about the Cayes speech.  It is very long!  After I
review the English translation I will release it probably in several parts
simultaneously because of its length.

In a subsequent speech President Aristide clarifies some of his comments so I
am anxious to also provide a translation of this subsequent speech.  That
probably won't be until Monday or so.

As for any translations into French, you're barking up the wrong tree.
Sometimes the Palace website does provide translations into French so you can
always check there at www.palaisnational.info
