15041: Du Tuyau for Mister Simidor (fwd)

From: ViandeMoulue@aol.com

Dear Mister Daniel Simidor,

One more time like in all the other times, you explain you very well. I refer to Mister, or Miz, or Missers tou dwat post because it has veracity for truth basic. You can say all things beautiful to justification of insanity in Haiti, but basic truth is basic truth. If we start from basic truth, we go somewhere better and we no more have to deal with UFO's logic.

You no can tell me that it's no truth that people die before elections 26 Novembre 2000. That people die were poor people killed in wicked conditions. That people die before 26 Novembre 2000 were poor people, even children. That people die were no likely target for Lavalas because at time like that, these people still had little faith for better Haiti with whom they call "Titid" their "savior, messiah".

If you no can except that tou dwat was absolutely positively right there, well, ... that mean you believe I believe in UFO even though I no see them yet.

Mister Simidor, Haitian politics is absolute insanity. When people try to tell basic truth, you get all kinds accusations on your back. I get accusation all-time-all-the-time that I Lavalas. But Mister Simidor, when Missers JHudicourt says truth about "2003 times Haiti more beautiful", I credit truth. I complimented her and I would, or will because she is showing the ugly side of Aristide's populism. When friend intellectual go to Haiti after many years (friend with Lavalas credentials) and come back with negative report on gouvernement, I post it here with Mister Corbett's blessing.

I no I am not in no business of pro Lavalas, or pro Convergence. I beg every brother and sister and friend of Haiti to stay vigilant in face of this insanity. It is, I repeat with help today of my boss for better little English (I wish to convey this message clearly), it is the absolute truth that there are indeed human rights organizations in Haiti that are at best, at best, intellectually dishonest.

It is not the role of a human rights organization to lie in order to foster the goal of either side. Their role is to push forth the ideal of respect for basic and intrinsic value of human life, respect of people no matter where they're from or what their political affinity is.

You refuse to admit to that basic truth? I could give you countless examples of such. Countless examples dating back to at least 1991. Don't get me started!

When a Harvard-educated person goes on BET television, and compare Aristide and Lavalas to Papa Doc, I feel like vomiting because you and I know, IT IS SIMPLY NOT TRUE!!!!! They therefore discredit themselves. When they keep on playing like that, repeating the same lies over and over again in briefngs with policy makers in the US, on radio stations in SDan Franciso, California, and everywhere else, I feel hurt because in the long run, in the long run, it is a lot more damaging to Haiti's burgeonning resemblance of democracy than they can even imagine. No good thing comes easy, Mister Simidor. And it will take time for Haiti to truly become a full-fledged democracy. In the process, its best sons and daughters need to keep their faith in reason and honesty. That was, still, and will always be my point.

For your information and everyone else on this list, I abhorr intellectual dishonesty. I just abhorr it. I do. I do. I do.

I guess maybe next year, I go for Haiti to Haiti to danse Kanaval. Maybe Mister Burnham can help show me the rope so I danse with VS girlfriend. Maybe that help me a little for little sanity. In the meantime of meanwhile, Haiti's politics was, and still is absolutely insane. Reason does not prevail there. Only intellectual midgets thrive because they are sponsored by gwo zotobre who have their own agenda. Meanwhile, all the Ti-mafi's are dying; the middle class and the educated few are leaving the country for good, the dishonest are making money through fake NGO's, and we are becoming more and more a specimen of failure, always begging Canadians, French, Americans and everyone else for either 500 million dollars, or to go and remove Aristide because he was elected by a majority of poor people.

I am sorry. I just feel like saying, at least to myself, "Alea jacta est", for Haiti. I am just fuming, freaking losing my mind over the lies and the mow "respectable dishonesty".
