	NOVA SOUTHEASTERN UNIVERSITY


	The Congress of Santa Barbara (KOSANBA),
	(a scholarly association for the study of Haitian Vodou)

	announces its Fifth International Colloquium to be held at
	Nova Southeastern University, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

	Theme: "Lot Bo Dlo: Dyaspora Peyi d Ayiti Ak Tout Vodou li."
	       	"Across the Waters: The Haitian Religious Diaspora."

	Under the eagis of the Lwa:

			Ezili Freda Danhomin and Hevioso
			(Ochun and Chango)

	Scholarly presentations are about the transfer of Haitian Vodou to
	North America, the Caribbean and the world, the transformations
	inherent in such diasporas, and the new meanings of Vodou in
	religious discourses worldwide.
