Sorry to bother you for this, but I have been unsuccessful at finding a recipe for Labwi Banan.    There are many other recipes I found on the Internet, but apparently Labwi Banan is an acquired taste.   I love it and have since I was 19.    Going to Haiti again this year reminded me of it and I haven't been able to find the recipe.

I, of course, would welcome any and all authentic Haitian recipes.
