by this measure, i would say both Aristide and Bush are clearly excluded
from
the category of greatness, unless of course you consider pe lebrun,
ruthless
vindication, and neocolonialist arrogance "great sentiments"... that they
are
enduring and strong in Aristide and Bush respectively, is undeniable.  but
they
surely are not great.
