Stuart,

The closest I have seen to any sort of merging of interests enough to produce
a list beyond one city or one region or one sponsor is found on Windows on
Haiti.

Go to:

http://haitiforever.com/

Once arriving at the Welcome Page, click on the uppermost link ("A.P.
(Voices)") in the red column to the left-hand side of the page.

Once arriving at the "ann pale" Forum, within the top-most Section
"Community", click on the link "Community events".

There you will see a list of many Flag Day / Haiti Bicentenniel events
(unfortunately, because many events have already passed, they have since been
erased from this forum!) throughout the U.S.

What's taking place in Haiti or elsewhere around the globe, I just plain do
not know.

Not because I do not want to know, but because there is such an "ad hoc"
manner to making known such Haiti-relevant events outside individual / small
group sponsoring venues.
