Could the writers please be more specific when referring to "the Central
Plateau?"  It's a large area, and I believe Bellardere - south and west, on
the DR border -was identified as the violence locus in another Corbett
posting.  This posting 16209 just refers to the Central Plateau, as if the
violence were present throughout.  It's rather like saying something (bad)
