::: Yvonne ESTIME
Yvonne worked for Nextel Communications as a Legal Manager where she was involved in an unprecedented telecommunications tower sale/leaseback deal totaling over $560 million dollars. During her 2 1/2 tenure at Nextel, Yvonne managed several multi-million dollar corporate deals. In 2002 and she launched her own legal consulting company called, Yestime Legal Services, L.L.C. She offers her clients timely, cost-effective and client focused legal services and she handles general corporate transactions, contracts, real estate, immigration and international development. She has been very active in community affairs and in helping Haitians and Haitian-Americans here and abroad. Yvonne served as an appointed Member of the Montgomery County Committee on Minority Affairs in Maryland. She Joined the National Organization for the Advancement of Haitians (“NOAH”) in 1994 and she has served as NOAH’s Executive Director.

::: Biographical Profile:
Yvonne Estime’ was born in Haiti and immigrated to the United States at the age of 6. Her mother, the single head-of-household, raised Yvonne and her five siblings in New York. Watching her mother raise six children alone in the United States, helped Yvonne to learn, at an early age, the importance of responsibility, discipline and hard-work. These values have served Yvonne well in her personal and professional life, in 2000. Yvonne ran and completed the Marine Corps Marathon in 4 hours and 20 minutes.

She has been very active in community affairs and in helping Haitians and Haitian-Americans here and abroad. Yvonne served as an appointed Member of the Montgomery County Committee on Minority Affairs in Maryland. She Joined the National Organization for the Advancement of Haitians (“NOAH”) in 1994 and she has served as NOAH’s Executive Director and organized human rights march in New York, and worked on development projects for Haiti.

::: Educational Profile:
Yvonne completed most of her education in New York. She received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the State University of New York College at Old Westbury. During her undergraduate studies, Yvonne joined the Army R.O.T.C at Hofstra University and she completed Army Basic Training at Fort Knox, Kentucky. After receiving her degree, Yvonne worked for IBM New York in marketing. After working at IBM for nine years, Yvonne decided to leave IBM and pursue her life-long dream of becoming an Attorney. She left New York and moved to the Washington, DC area to study law at The George Washington University Law School. She graduated from law school in 1997 and she is a Member of the Maryland Bar and the District of Columbia Bar.

::: Professional Profile:
Yvonne worked for Nextel Communications as a Legal Manager where she was involved in an unprecedented telecommunications tower sale/leaseback deal totaling over $560 million dollars. During her 2 1/2 tenure at Nextel, Yvonne managed several multi-million dollar corporate deals. In 2000, she left Nextel to join Velocita Corp., a start-up telecommunications company where she helped develop the legal department. As Senior Corporate Counsel at Velocita, Yvonne was responsible for negotiating and closing a wide range of complex corporate transactions including the sale of fiber optics and optronics.

Yvonne left the Company in 2002 and she launched her own legal consulting company called, Yestime Legal Services, L.L.C. She offers her clients timely, cost-effective and client focused legal services and she handles general corporate transactions, contracts, real estate, immigration and international development.

She is also a candidate for the United States Foreign Service, having passed both the written and oral examination and obtaining her security clearance. Yvonne is a Member of the PromoInvest Steering Committee and a Member of the Legal Group providing legal advice and assistance in the creation of a Haitian-American investment fund.
