LOL!  If you mention Roxbury, Mattapan, or Dorchester (parts of Boston) to
any suburban bourgeois group outside of Boston in Massachusetts, those nice,
educated white liberals will say the same thing:  "Isn't that [where] all
slum with machine wielding thugs?"  The central key here is the persistent
belief that "black=deviant society, inferior ability."

Just stroll on down to next-door neighbor Harvard where the liberal
education theory on children of African descent is based on deficiency --
"these children lack, therefore..." you can add a stock liberal racist
solution to complete the sentence.  Forget Paul Farmer -- these people need
to get mentally smacked upside the head with some Franz Fanon.
