This is a wonderful subject.
Maybe "helping the poor"  is ill conceived.  I have had many very small
projects I can call "not successful".  I would love to hear what could have
a chance of success for a  $100, $500, $1000, $5000  budget.    I would love
to hear the great mistakes- what not to do. The most successful projects
for me have been the poor helping me. Starting business for profit.  I have
received greater willingness to mantain the project.
