I have just enquired of someone high up in the Canadian Embassy who says
they
have never heard of ED1 (?) - SNS Lavalin – a Canadian company is
the
contractor, designer, engineer for the Canadian Embassy project. LGL
– a
local company – is the main sub contractor.
