In Carrefour, close to Fontamara, I used a 24 hours ATM machine last year
while
visiting Haiti. It work fine, the staff (at the Star Mart store I believe)
was
very pleasant and efficient. They directed me to the ATM  located in the
back
of the store. i felt safe.  even though it was late in the evening. Hope
it is
still available.
