     PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti, Aug 24 (Reuters) - All 21 people on board a
Haitian plane were killed on Sunday when the aircraft crashed soon after
take-off from the northern city of Cap-Haitien on a domestic flight,
officials said.
Few details were immediately available on the crash of the Tropical
Airways flight from Cap-Haitien, in the north of the Caribbean nation, west
to Port-de-Paix.
Officials told journalists in Cap-Haitien that the plane crashed
minutes after take-off and burst into flames. There were 19 passengers and
two crew members on board.
Tropical Airways, a small domestic airline, flies two types of
propeller planes -- a 19-passenger LET 410 and a 50-passenger DASH-7 -- on
daily trips between big cities in the country of about 8 million people.
