"slapping your two hands in front of you"" --  If you do it gleefully and
with
malice, it celebrates an outrageous or outrageously funny misbehavior
usually
by somebody else. An American friend who knows Haiti and I have used this
gesture with great delight. And curiously, even people who don't know
Haiti
