Just back from a year in Haiti, I haven't seen the latest ratings (there
is at
least one company that compiles the info and sells it) but judging by the
quantity of ads and the on dit, Caraibes is #1 overall.  But Lilianne
Pierre-Paul's Jounal 4e on Kiskeya has long been and probably still is the
most
listened to news program in the country.  You can catch 15 minutes of
straight
commercials during that 2+ hour newscast.  Metropole is certainly pretty
high
up on the lists, also Vision 2000 and Radyo Guinen.

Sorry to leave out lots of other good stations, but Port-au-Prince has too
many!
