>> Dear brother with all affection for you I have,

I know how you feeling when I write to you. You afraid I say in message on internet, that I write dreadful words like this in French: "Envoie-moi" or "please send me money".

I know Diaspora role is to send money but, this time today, on my birthday, this is your gift. No money asked from me.

I write for you because I sharing with you conversation last night with my friend dearest. As you aware with particularity, yesterday was my Happy Birthday day. So, my friend had special nice time for me. After our sharing of sweet screamings, in the poetically darkened Haiti, but elevated to the supreme by our rosy candles, we pushed on the resting break. My oh so ever mango-Fransik-taste friend told me a story. I ask for you it is true.

She and me are Convergentic, as you know. I know you no Convergentic so I ask you. She say that our brothers of Homeland Insecurity told to her, that the French and Lavalas are at impasse now. The problem is on the regards of the 21 billion dollars. She say that the French wanted to stop the printing of Zórèy Titid 21 billion for money, but wanted to print other money for Haiti. The money total is now, $21,548,000,756.48.

The negotiation team Lavalas wanted exactly all that money. But the French say they give Titid only $21,548,000,756 and they keep the 48 cents for compromise. But the Lavalas team stop negotiations because Titid ask the French, "what are we going to give the ti pèp, the people then, if the 48 cents are withheld?".

Is that truthful, or is it no truthfullness?

Regards with my kindest of heart,
Victor
