This email serves as a request for proposal for two
projects at Fanm Ayisyen Nan Miyami, Inc.


PROJECT ONE

A consultant is needed to prepare a project time line
analysis for the incorporation of an on-line case
management data base; case management manual; and
training and educational development plan.  The
individual will need to interview key individuals of
the Family Intervention and Empowermant program and
the Executive Director.

The deliverables will be a report outlining steps,
timeline, person(s) responsible, and feasibility.

The consultant's proposal should state the estimated
time to complete; the hourly rate that will be
charged; and the total cost for the work.


PROJECT TWO

A business consultant is needed to train haitian women
in business operations skills concentrating particularly in cash
management; inventory; and sales and marketing.  The
consultant must develop the curriculum and provide
on-going technical assistance.

The consultant's proposal should state the estimated
time to complete; the hourly rate that will be
charged; and the total cost for the work.
