(Dear all, I hope you get the gist: my English difficult today but this is serious on OP and scapegoating).

I know it's fun to say, se pa fót mwen-it's not my fault. But I learning one time in restaurant, why I say "It's not my fault". This is story.

I see pretty girl in restaurant. They tell for me to bring her the soup. I with VS mind, she-pretty-all-the-way-around-and-curvy, looking down on her and soup fall on she. So I say for me to her, sad-looking, "It's not my fault". I mean to say, I am sorry, it is mistake I make mistake. But I translation from little Creole. American no understand. She no give me no hope because of my mistake. Oh well... One less VS for me.

Anyway, ... it is same thing like OP-popular organization. If I say, this is danger-beware-of-dog, all Lavalas mad, mad, mad. But for true it's true. Politician create monsters with popular organization, and then defendors say, "it's not our fault". So who's fault is it? Well, maybe the blan, right? Oh blan... I feel sorry for you. I happy even more now that I no blan.

A little story, Haitian... imagining (hmm hmm hmm). This is just my imagination running wild WILD one time more. Little reading please, nice people from Mister Corbett wonderful list.

It was a time when someone get money for OP. This someone decision, kób la tró piti-money-no-enough. But gouvernement construction... let's say,... "a nice park" for say, 2 million dola Haitian in OP backyard. OP chief want more money. So, OP chief pressure and getting more money from private construction company. But money is taxpayer money like ti machann, machann fresko, etc. Anyway, ... OP chief get more money than chief constructor on land for construction every month. Something like .... more than 200 percent more than chief constructionist. And OP chief ask for 2 time more people to work on construction. (well, maybe he preparing for his election)... Anyway, ... so 2 people for one shovel ( I being real nice here with number). OP chief has to give people work.

Construction company pay all these people.

But OP chief is supposed for job to protection gouvernement right? kra-kra-kra. Sispan ranse non, ti gason (I no translation; ask some Ayisyen ti zórèy for translation).

So one day, OP chief die boum-boum-boum. They kill OP chief. All Haitian Diaspora defendors gouvernement blame the blan. kra-kra-kra. I laugh for happiness because now, I really, REALY happy I no blan because if I blan, they say it's my fault too. I too nuanced.

So who's fault is it when OP chief die? That's the questionning for all defendors of all OP chiefs.

Haiti with all OP chiefs fast becoming now little New-York City in the 80's. But now, John-Gotti-Haiti just died, but he has defendors for defense for him.

Okay, ... maybe next year, I go to Haiti in new airplane I create. I call it Pan AF. You know ... Pan Am (Pan American) now dead, bankruptcy. But for 200 years Haiti, I have all Haitian former boat-people visit Haiti on Pan AF, Pan African airplane because "blan" no want visit.

(But with no joke on this one, sorry the man whom I truly respect, Mister Michel Rolph Trouillot, I think we need to celebrate, Lavalas or Convergence-military in power. That's an obligation to our ancestors, regardless of who is in power, Cédras, Michel François, Manigat, Aristide, or Pierre-Charles.)

This whole thing of blaming the blan is frustratingly embarassing. I dead serious. I know that this OP business has to go. I know that if I say that, people accusation for me like I hate the "people" they need protection the people. But is it really how you protect them? So how do you defend the people? With modernity, or with Soulouque-ian absurdity? Why scapegoat the blan, when everybody is wrong here? What does the CIA, he DIA, the FBI, Interpol, SD, Homeland-Insecurity-Convergence, all secretly service intelligence have to do with politik moun fou like this with OP? Why, brother? can you tell for me why?
