Just returned from Haiti.  Flew into PAP last Saturday night and went to
Leogane.  Had absolutely no trouble.  Another of our party came in on
Sunday
(Jan 11th) during the Manifestation and had no trouble getting out to
Leogane.
I went into PAP on Tuesday along the same route that the manifestation had
taken place on Sunday and Monday and had no trouble.  Left Leogane about
7:30
am on Thursday for the airport and had no trouble.  John Talbird
