I think the translation should be corrected with the paragraph about
schools following the heading: CEEC & FECAP - surely it should read:
"CEEC & FECAP asked Thursday that all parties to the conflict in Haiti
recognize and respect the sacred character of schools and NOT use them
as an instrument for achieving political objectives …."
