Hi,

I was contacted by a detective in Missing Persons today who is trying to
find the family of a homeless man who died on the subway recently.

The man is believed to be Haitian, perhaps someone on the Haiti listserv
can help.

The man is in his late 40s/early 50's about 140-150 pounds with graying
hair. He has gone by the names Jacques Coler (that may not be the right
spelling) and Ramon Piz. A distinguishing feature is that all of his
fingertips have been amputated because of frostbite.

Anyone with information on him or his family can contact Det. Paul
Callahan at 212-473-2042.
