hello;
I am kevin lyall, david's brother.
    I ahve a question about your recent posting to the web about the recent
unrest in Haiti. You mentioned in your post the the army of haiti has been
disbanded for 10 years, but, there was former solders patrolling the streets
of Gonaives with heavy weapons. did they have these weapons stashed for ten
years? or were they stolen just a few days ago?
    just wondering here in KY- out of shooting range..
