This is a very troubling post in many ways.  The most annoying part is the
racism that the writer displays when he says  "only in black-led nations
are
criminals expected to be
offered a share of political power by the duly elected officials"  Hmmm,
has he
checked out the US government these days!!!  And they are 99 44/100% pure
white.

Least we forget the US and EU funding of the opposition in Haiti from the
day
Aristide first declared for run for President.
