18354: Simidor re Dorce, re anonymous post (fwd)

From: Daniel Simidor <karioka9@mail.arczip.com>

I heard the same news Dorce finds "inflammatory" on Radio Vision 2000,
Sunday morning. Marie-Lucie Bonhomme interviewed a fellow named Nènè (or
Nainais) who claimed to be in control of Grand-Goave. Sounded like a
 wild and crazy copycat....

The fact of the matter is that everywhere the police are fleeing their
posts at the least sign of a confrontation a la Gonaives. Just like the
old Haitian military used to throw down their uniforms and guns at the
least rumor of an "invasion." Alienation from the regime? Cowardliness?
Does it matter? The chimères show a little more gut for now, but to
deploy Cite Soleil thugs in Raboteau, without preparation and knowledge
of the area, is to invite an easy and bloody defeat of the same thugs,
who will then unavoidably act out their confusion and their fear by
slaughtering innocent people from the area. Will Aristide's highly paid
white mercenaries be deployed as "military advisers" in Gonaives and
elsewhere? They certainly have the expertise, and the president will
certainly have little difficulty in finding the millions to reward their
 service....
