18661: Sssira: re:18619 coup d'etat

Possibly the following remark already popped out from the list.
Talking about abuse of language and or Dictionary acception,I would like
simply
suggest the definition voiced out often by late Prof. Marcel Gilbert :

A "Coup d'Etat" is a manoeuver led by one or more branch(es) of the
"Pouvoir
d'Etat" in joint venture or not with Foreign Class(es) of "Pouvoir d'Etat,
in
order to save his(their) endangered interests and privileges. And
consequently
assure the replication of the same, over and over and over.

So the term "Coup d'Etat" could, by mishandling and or irrelevance, serve
as
carnival mask to depict the actual haitian reality, ....unparalleled and
unique
since 200 years.
