I agree about the spectacular view, as I have walked up there several
times.  However, I have been told that the hotel closed when the owner
died in 1986, shortly after Bay Doc & Co. took flight.  Also, I was told
three or four years ago that the essentially looted property was
purchased by the Montana's owners.

Does anyone have more current or accurate information?
