It has not yet been confirmed, but is believed in Haiti, that allegedly
Madame Rose Bony, Director of IBESR, was arrested at the
boarder of the Dominican Republic today with over a million dollars in
US funds.  She reportedly is in jail in the Dominican Republic.  Kiki
wanted to let all parents with dossiers at IBESR that he believes your
dossiers are safe in the office of IBESR.  Although the office is closed
until further notice, Kiki believes that someone will take over that
office in the future as things in Haiti settle down.
