20420: Du Tuyau: Funny to me (fwd)

From: ViandeMoulue@aol.com

I am not sure if Sir Latortue wants to become "Napoleon Duarte", or if he is real moderate. Anyway, I am dumb so ... that' why I am asking for help in understanding.
I will understand, or would understand if Aristide is going to Dominican Republic. A quick trip by car and boom! he would be in Ouanaminthe. Now, that's closeness to Haiti. But ...
Jamaica is 115 miles; the poor slum-mers are in their little slums. They know they have to take airplane to go to Jamaica; they have no passport, no ticket, no money to even go to Les Cayes, or even Léogâne. So why is Mister Latortue so nervous about Aristide in Jamaica? I don't understand. Please help.
I can understand if he talks little bit, express little frustration, etc. But I don't understand he's recalling the Haitian Ambassador because Jamaica says: "wait a minute; a simple <escarmouche> at the panzouist-palace in Bangui, and Aristide is dead". So by virtue of "presidential-prime-ministerial-kinship", he say, "let the guy see his two children here, in nuestro-welcome-to-Jamaica-man land".
I can see why Rumsfeld, Condolleezza, Powell, and all people powerful Washingtonian are nervous little bit. But how does it make sense that Aristide cannot go to Jamaica for 8 weeks? It's almost like, the smell of the man will overthrow Latortue and beautiful face Boniface, or so he thinks, it seems. Oh man!! Haitian politicians, are you so "personable"? Why not use the opportunity to show that you can do better than Titid did, is my question to Latortue? Is there a bigger problem here, like "the compradores are nervous because they are not comfortable with the common market CARICOM and therefore are already laying down the grownwork for Haiti to <pull out> of the common market Caribbean?" After all, the compradores don't like to produce; I am not being mean, irrational, vindictive, or even moun fou here; a fact is a fact is a fact before God's and the devil's and everyone else in between's eyes; the compradores like to buy and sell, and buy and sell, and sell and buy; they don't like to produce. Just like they broke down HASCO so they could buy sugar in the Dominican Republic and thus-therefore, make quick profit with no responsibility towards theirselves or society? Please, no "socialism" here. I am a capitalist pig, for those who know me who I am and how I think about money and making money and my money should stay in my pocket and yours in yours. I just like playing fair.
Is Mister Latortue falling already in the traditional trap, or am I really crazy, as everyone know I am a moun fou? Makes no sense to me; no sense to me; no sense to me. None, none, none.
Are we again speaking French, déjà vu? The same "mise-en-scène"? I hope not, man! I hope not. I hope not, Sir Latortue. Please, consider and reconsider and re-reconsider your decisions. Don't fall into the traditional trap.
Has he thought of what he just did, Sir. Latorute? Oh man, oh man, oh man. Not funny. Not at all-not-in-all.
I won't bother you. Not yet anyway. I hope never. I am no Convergence by character, or personality, or principle. But please, think a little bit deeper. If not, go back for a quick 12 hours vacation to Boca Raton. Regain your "American, developed mind sanity". One piece of advice, though: Haiti is tè glise-sliding land, dear brother. So ...
Be keurfoul-careful,To not look like a fool.
