Alix Baptiste was the General Director (number two
man) at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs under the
recent Aristide/Neptune government and is now
a member of the new government. (as the Secretary of
Haitians Leaving Abroad) that is a promotion.)


He was a hired hand and never a Lavalas party member.
His longest job tenure on his resume was as the
Manager of the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel in Los
Angeles. Although a consumate professional, I doubt he
will be warmly received by a very pissed off 10th. I
wish him luck cause he's gonna need it.
