In December 2003, The Hispanic Division of The Library of Congress held
a symposium titled "La Francophonie in the Caribbean and Beyond".  Today
a cybercast of that program was made available through a "cybercasts"
link at the following address <http://www.loc.gov/rr/hispanic/>.  In
recognition of the bicentennial of its independence, special attention
was devoted to Haiti.  Subjects discussed include the BIBLIOTHEQUE
HAITIENNE DES PERES DU SAINT-ESPRIT and the AUF CAMPUS NUMERIQUE DE
PORT-AU-PRINCE.
